Yes. A basic health check is included before and after every session, including:

A blood glucose check is included only for diabetic clients when appropriate.
These checks are for wellbeing monitoring only and not for medical diagnosis.
When performed by a trained practitioner using sterile single-use equipment and strict hygiene procedures, Hijama is generally considered safe.

- £1 per mile for distances beyond 5 miles

Yes. Wet cupping (Hijama) involves small superficial skin incisions and controlled blood extraction.
All clinical waste is handled and disposed of safely according to UK regulations.
Aftercare instructions include:
- Keep the treated area clean and dry
- Avoid showering for at least 6 hours
- Avoid strenuous activity for 24 hours
- Drink plenty of fluids
Full aftercare guidance is provided after every session.
