All services are provided by a fully insured professional practitioner and are intended to support general wellbeing only.
2. Scope of Services (Important)
- All treatments provided by Med Sphere Clinic are non-medical complementary therapies.
- We do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.
- Our services do not replace medical advice, GP care, or hospital treatment.
- Clients must continue prescribed medications and follow advice given by their GP or healthcare provider.
- If you are unsure whether a service is suitable, you must consult your GP before booking.
3. Eligibility & Client Responsibility
By booking a service, you confirm that:
- You are 18 years or older, or a parent/guardian booking for a minor (where applicable).
- You have provided accurate and complete health information during consultation and consent forms.
- You understand the nature of Hijama and complementary therapy treatments.
Failure to disclose relevant medical information may result in treatment refusal without refund.
4. Health Screening & Consent
- A basic health check may be carried out before and after treatment.
- Blood glucose checks are provided for diabetic clients only, where appropriate.
- You must complete and sign a consent form before treatment begins.
- Med Sphere Clinic reserves the right to refuse or stop treatment if it is deemed unsafe.
5. Booking & Payments
- All sessions must be pre-booked.
- Payment is required before or at the time of the appointment, unless agreed otherwise.
- Prices are clearly displayed on our website and marketing materials.
- Travel charges may apply for locations outside the stated service area.
6. Cancellations & No-Shows
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.
- Med Sphere Clinic reserves the right to cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances (in which case a refund or reschedule will be offered).
7. Home Visit Environment
Clients are responsible for ensuring:
- A safe, clean, and suitable space for treatment.
- Adequate lighting and privacy.
- No aggressive behaviour, harassment, or unsafe conditions.
The practitioner may leave immediately if personal safety is compromised. No refund will be issued in such cases.
8. Hygiene & Safety
- All equipment is single-use, sterile, and opened in front of the client where applicable.
- Infection control and hygiene standards are strictly followed.
- Used materials are disposed of safely in accordance with UK guidelines.
9. Results & Expectations
- Individual responses to treatment vary.
- No guarantees are made regarding outcomes or symptom improvement.
- Temporary effects such as mild discomfort, bruising, or fatigue may occur after treatment.
10. Liability Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law:
- Med Sphere Clinic is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
- We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from undisclosed medical conditions or failure to follow aftercare advice.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11. Aftercare Responsibility
Aftercare advice is provided verbally and/or in writing.
Clients are responsible for:
- Following aftercare instructions
- Seeking medical advice if unusual symptoms occur

- Personal and health information is kept confidential and used only for service provision and legal record-keeping.
13. Intellectual Property
